Official response: The "book/recipe" needed for the Advanced Accessories Bench can be found at a large camp in the desert region. Its entrance is an obvious concrete gate; explore inside the camp to get it. This corresponds to this site's "Creative Crafts Issue 4" chain; pending in-game verification.
